Jami Avellini, MD

Dr. Jami is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist and co-founder of Esteem Medical Aesthetics and Wellness by JEKT, bringing nearly two decades of expertise in women’s health and precise surgical procedures. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering pursuit of perfection, she has dedicated her career to helping women feel confident, empowered, and beautiful—inside and out.

With a strong foundation in advanced gynecologic surgery, Dr. Jami is recognized for her exceptional surgical precision and commitment to achieving optimal results. Her passion for women’s wellness and aesthetics led her to co-found Esteem by JEKT where she merges her medical expertise with cutting-edge aesthetic treatments to provide a holistic approach to beauty, confidence, and self-care.

At Esteem, Dr. Jami specializes in customized, science-backed treatments designed to enhance natural beauty, restore balance, and promote overall well-being. Whether through state-of-the-art aesthetic procedures, skin rejuvenation, or wellness therapies, her mission is to deliver precise, personalized, and transformative results with the same level of skill and dedication that define her surgical practice.  With nearly 20 years of experience caring for women, Dr. Jami continues to set the standard for excellence, precision, and innovation in both the medical and aesthetic fields—because every woman deserves to look and feel her absolute best.

Outside of Esteem, Dr. Jami lives in Center Valley, where she cherishes her role as a devoted wife and mother to her two boys. She shares her home with two beloved dogs and four lively chickens, embracing a life full of energy and warmth. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends, running, and staying active on her Peloton. With a deep passion for both her profession and personal life, Dr. Jami is dedicated to helping others feel confident and empowered—inside and out.

Elizabeth T. Corbo, MD

With board certifications in neurology, including special qualifications in child neurology and epilepsy, Dr. Liz brings a wealth of expertise to every treatment.

Dr. Liz has spent her career as a pediatric neurologist, developing her extensive expertise in neuroanatomy. Her deep understanding of how muscles, nerves, and facial structures interact allows her to approach aesthetics with scientific precision. This foundation gives her a unique perspective, enabling her to refine every treatment with accuracy and a deep appreciation for natural, balanced results.

Creativity has always been at the heart of who Dr. Liz is, whether in medicine, aesthetics, or even the kitchen. This blend of structure and imagination is what draws her to baking and cake design (one of her favorite hobbies ) where she transforms simple ingredients into intricate, edible works of art. Whether crafting a cake or perfecting an aesthetic treatment, she combines science, skill, and an exceptional attention to detail to achieve stunning, harmonious results. Her background in neurology provides her with an outstanding understanding of facial anatomy, movement, and symmetry—knowledge that allows her to enhance beauty with precision and an artistic perspective.

Her experience in pediatrics has further shaped a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Dr. Liz understands the importance of making people feel at ease, heard, and truly cared for—an experience she brings to every client she works with.

Now in her 40s, Dr. Liz deeply appreciates the significance of feeling confident in one’s own skin. This personal insight fuels her passion for helping others—women and men alike—embrace their best selves. At Esteem Medical Aesthetics and Wellness by JEKT, her goal is to combine precision, creativity, and a warm, welcoming experience to help clients look and feel their absolute best.

Outside of the med spa she is actively practicing pediatric neurology still and she is also a devoted wife and mother, finding joy in spending time with her supportive husband and two daughters, who keep them both on their toes.

Katherine M. Thompson, DO

Aesthetics has been a passion of hers for quite some time as it is a perfect blend of her background in the sciences and arts. Before pursuing medicine, Dr. Katie trained extensively in dance, mastering grace, discipline, and anatomical precision. This early foundation in dance instilled a profound understanding of the human body-its biomechanics, symmetry, and expressive potential- which seamlessly translates into her approach to aesthetic treatments. Blending the precision of medical science with the artistry of aesthetics, Dr. Katie specializes in non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures that enhance natural beauty while preserving individuality.

Dr. Katie earned her bachelor's degree in biology at Villanova University where she was also a member of their dance team. She went on to earn her medical degree at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at St. Luke’s University Health Network. She is currently board-certified in both family medicine and obesity medicine. Her journey into aesthetics started several years ago where she is certified and physician trained in many noninvasive procedures. As a physician, she finds it essential to have ongoing education to keep up to date with the latest medical advances.
